Placing in Local Listings

I am having an ongoing issue with my listings placement.  I am in a very small town and am the only AirBNB in the town.  When a traveler searches for my specific town I am consistently on page 3 after many listings from places 40+ miles away.  I have hosted 200+ guests, have 4.9 star rating, have been a super-host for years, update my calendar daily and my listings weekly and still... I'm losing countless guests because they assume nothing is available in town since they are being fed these far away places on page 1.  I have contacted AirBNB many times and they just say that I am doing everything right and they don't know why my listings are being downgraded so drastically.  Anyone else have this issue?  Have you found away to solve it?  Thank you!

Hi,

When i search for accomodation in Loyalton, at least one of your listings is on top of page 1.

After zooming in on the map on "Loyalton",  more of your listings show up on page 1 (as you said allready: i am the only one)

BTW

I also noticed some listing says "Downieville" ?

Best regards,

Emiel
