Please Airbnb help *** in Marrakesh - they have been victims of assualt

Hi Airbnb,

Simo the host from *** in Marrakesh has been victim, and his sister Zineb, to assault by a guest that stayed recently.  He hit Zineb and brought prostitutes back to the Riad.  He is continuing to send abusive message now to wind up Simo.

Simo was initially away at the time, and could only send WhatsApp messages to scare off the guest (probably was not the best thing to do), but he is protecting his family somehow. 

They are great host s and this is terrible news.  Zined has reported this to the police and the man if he comes back to Morocco will be arrested.  The man has nevertheless reported Simo to Airbnb, and as a result Airbnb have blocked them.  Please please Airbnb try resolve the situation and relist them.  They have built up a respectable reputation in the community and are great hosts.

Bravo Eline!! Je suis désolée Lizzie, mais c'est bien un site communautaire, non?? Donc, la communauté ne peut pas dire ce qu'elle pense, ou alors vous nous boycotter!!! Encore une preuve qu'Airbnb fait un peu ce qu'il veut quand même en nous donnant une apparence de démocratie!!

Dear AirBnb

I'm very shocked about what has happened to Mohamed and his family. They run the most hospitable AirBnb I have ever been to, they truly embody what Airbnb stands for. Staying at their place has been the most warm and personal Airbnb experience I have had. So you can imagine my shock upon learning that not only Zineb was attacked by a guest, they are also blocked from the community because of this same man! This is unheard of and I hope this mistake will to be corrected as soon as possible.

I understand that running a community as big as AirBnb comes with lots of difficulties, but I also know that you trust the judgement of your users. So please, restore our faith in your platform, and correct this error as soon as you can!

Comment dire??? Je suis abasourdie 😶!!!! Par ce que je viens d'apprendre pour la situation de simo!! J'ai voyagé 3 fois à Marrakech ,la 3eme  était chez simo et sa famille au Riad . Je peux vous assurer que ca été ma meilleure expérience Airbnb. Je suis jamais tomber sur des gens, "une famille" aussi gentil généreuse,avenante, bref honnêtement je me sentai chez moi!! Donc Mr Airbnb qui gère ce genre de litige,, vite très très vite rectifiez le tir ou changez de métier!! Merci

I hope all is well. I had the pleasure of staying at the [personal information hidden] back in March. I heard of the devastating news that occurred in their Riad with a man that brought prostitutes and attached their gracious sister Zineb. 

My time in Marrakech would not have been as worthwhile, enjoyable, and memorable if I had not stayed in this Riad. Simo's family was extremely hospitable and open their arms to newcomers and treated them a family. This is why it is such a shame that these events occurred because they are such generous people. I have even recommened this Riad to a friend who will be going to Marrakech within the next couple of weeks. Please allow them to continue to have their airbnb and website. They are one of the best Riads in Marrakech! I am asking graciously that you make a decision in favor of Simo as his family has helped me so much with the transition into Moroccan culture.

My stay at Mohammed riad was wonderful, my friend and me enjoyed the time with the family who was lovely, very friendly and made us feel home. I´d love to come back once and to recommend that riad warmly to my friends. Best.
