Please HELP！！ I can not change the room pricing!

I have published one listing and even though i use and set the base price already,but the listing only show the smart price and it is TOO LOW.

How can I control the pricing??

Go to Pricing, @Stacy44, and study all the options there carefully. Also, turn off the Smart Pricing if you don't want it.
