Please help! Email, texts, and push notifications not working and airbnb won't help!

I have talked with four case managers and one supervisor. They said four days ago that somebody from systems would call us but that hasn't happened. Seven contacts with airbnb and many hours on the phone to no avail. Today, the supervisor tried to fix it by combining my account with my wife's account. Previously at least I was getting texts. Now neither of us are getting any communications via text, push notification, or email whatsoever. Our profile looks just fine. 

How can you get through such that they will fix this?
