Poor customer service from air bnb staff

Good afternoon,

Can someone please advise how to make a formal complaint of air bnb customer service?

Can we refer the complaint to the headquarter office?

It was absolutely ridiculous that there are no clear guidelines what they say or do.

They kept changing what the rules according to the weather forecast.

I am absolutely fed up communicating with the staff.
