@Juan160: That's an excellent question, Juan! There are several contributing factors, and probably there aren't many (if any) Hosts here on this Help page that know the specifics. Airbnb has several algorithms used to position the views of your property. This info is based upon what I've learned here in the Community Help Center, and not from Airbnb (I'm not an employee, just a Host like you). So, your property can move up as your business grows with numbers of reviews; number of 5-star ratings; and you will move up when you become a SuperHost (which requires 10 bookings); and maybe the number of Guests who view your property on the website (I'm not sure of that). So, it does take time to move up - primarily via your excellent 5-star reviews, and as they grow in number. And creating the very best Listing you possibly can, including marketing to Guests that make your property unique and attractive. It does take time, so please be patient.
