Does anyone (hosts) have examples of a survey they provide to their guest as to how the stay went? Positives, negatives, things that need improvements etc. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
They ask for ratings on accuracy, communication, check in, cleaninless, location and value (same stars you see in your listing). If they give less than 5*, AB asks for feedback. In addition it asks the overall rating. This is what's used to calculate your overall score, number of 5* reviews, etc.
Recently, I noticed AB also asks if there was anything extra special:
