Postcode issue

I am having issues when I try and book a place to stay, it says my postcode is incorrect therefore I am unable to book the room I want. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?

How strange! I'm not sure how it works in New Zealand but in the UK, if your payment card is not registered to your address and you haven’t provided an alternative address where the card is registered if prompted, your payments may not be authorised, it is just  security measure and not limited to Airbnb. Do you have a similar system perhaps?
