Preparing a will and trust in case of my unexpected death

Hi there,

I am preparing a will and trust and would like to pass on my Airbnb business, should my children wish to continue it after my passing.  Is there a termination clause, contract or any other information I should know to prepare my will and trust?

Airbnb doesn't allow listings/reviews to be moved from one host to another. Unless that changes during your hopefully many remaining years I'm afraid your listing and reviews will die with you and your kids will have to start anew.
