Price increase depended on number of guests

I am about to do a mass booking of Airbnb for 3 people which is why I want to be sure of the price.

So when I want to book the price doesn't change if I say 1 or 3 persons - unlike hotels.com etc., so that means the host doesn't charge extra for multiple people?

It depends on the host, some have extra fees when it is more than 4 or 6 people. I have the same price wether it is is 1 or 2  and if a third person is there then there is an extra fee.
