Price of my room

Dear Airbnb

I set up a minimum price as 400 but the booking that came in just now was for 340dkk. I do not understand why it is even possible. Please let me know which field I need to set up to be sure that there will be no other bookings made below a certain amount (in this case 400 but I might change my mind based on my personal plans and availability to host)

You have the discount for "non refundable" cancellation option active, giving guest this choice.

Check you cancellation policy setting and "untick" this option.

I have similar issues - price being calculated wrong. The discount for non-refundable cancellation is not active and I believe it is 10% so it's not the cause of above issue either. It just doesn't work and Airbnb logged a ticket to fix the issue after my call yesterday. It still does not work today though...
