You must had enabled the Airbnb smart pricing,

To turn off Smart Pricing
You can always go back to your previous prices or edit your prices. To turn off Smart Pricing:
1. Go to your Manage Listing and Calendar page
2. Click Pricing Settings on the right hand corner of the page
3. Click Smart Pricing and toggle to turn off
