Pricing calculated by airbnb different from my own displayed pricing

Hello, and thanks in advance for any help you can provide to make me understand all that... 

i've never had any issue in the past.

with this new address and new ways on airbnb, i'm loosing money.

i charge 50€ for weeknights and 75€ for weekend nights (fridays and saturdays) per person.

i just received and accepted a reservation from thursday night to sunday morning, i.e. one night at 50 and two nights at 75, for 2 travelers. airbnb notifies me that i'll receive 332euros (after they add my cleaning fee and take their service fee). i expected 415-12.5: 402.5euros.

why is it different?

they obviously forgot to take into account the different pricing for weekend nights? how do i complain to the site about that?

@Cat91 You are offering a lower price for the non-refundable option, so your payout is reduced if the guests chooses to take advantage of a lower price with that option.
