Pricing for the 2020 Convention in Milwaukee

I am wondering if anyone from Philly or Cleaveland would be willing to share what they charged or at least how they calculated the price for their place for the big political conventions or any major event that might dominate your home town and require many guest rooms. We've had a report that one Air BnB host is charging over $2K per night for a 2BR in the city. While I'm not opposed to upping our rate, that seems a bit extreme. I don't want to short change ourselves but  this is an opportunity to make some extra money.

I realize this post was from a few years ago, however  if you ever hold a meeting and are interested in a speaker I would be happy to assist. I am a super host of two 2bd apartments  in Storeyhill currently. I have hosted since 2017.
