I have a guest who has booked for 8 nights over the Christmas period. during this period I had put up my nightly charge to 100 pounds, this is from 21 Dec to 2 Jan, however my guest has booked the 8 days starting from the day before my increase on the 20th, Air B&B has charged the whole stay at 85 pounds a night and has not taken the 100 pound a night into account at all. how is this possible and how do I correct this?

Hi @Nicky74 you have a weekly price discount set at 15%, so if your guest has booked for 8 nights this discount will have kicked in and been automatically added to their stay- so if your nightly rate was set to £100, with the 15% discount each night now is £85.
