A week or more, yes. A month or more, yes. All other short durations, no. You *could* add a note somewhere that you offer such rates, and then instruct people to inquire or make a pre-approval request rather than make a booking. If people *read* that note (most won't) and follow your instructions (many won't), you could then send them a Special Offer that covers the desired dates and makes the price adjustments you're willing to make. (If you make a Special Offer, be sure to include your cleaning fee in the total, since AirBnB won't automatically add it.) After receiving your Special Offer, the guest could then accept it to initiate the booking at whatever price you've offered.
One likely downside to doing it this way, though, is that many/most people won't read your note, they'll just make a booking request. If you accept that request and they later notice that you offer multi-day discounts, some of them will try to get you to give them the discount. But the transaction is already in place at AirBnB and there's no easy way to do that. You *don't* want to give them the discount in cash, as that not only violates AirBnB's terms, but will also cost you at tax time.
