I'm not sure what you mean, @Joubert1. At the moment your price per one guest is the same as the price for 6. If this is wha is wrong, you mus set in Pricing the extra fee for any guest above X.

I looked at a few homes in your area and no one mentions or asks for a resort fee, perhaps they add it to the nightly rate.
