Problem when i try to make a payment

Hello people,

I have a small problem and i dont know how to solve it.

I want to book a place for 2 nights in Stockholm, Sweden. I found some places, but after i complete all the details, and click to make the payment, it says that i must contact the suport, so it is not working. I have money on my credit card, and i have complete all the info in my profile. I have some previous bookings..so what should be the problem? How can i contact the suport?
