In the same boat here!  Airbnb provides no contact help at all.  Their app asked us to change our gmail password and then when we tried to use that it locked us out.  The online ability to take pics of ID's truly sucks because Id's are not meant to be copyable by camera.  Very frustrating and with no hope of help from this company.
