Sorting insurance for my stand alone cottage in New Zealand,  do you purchase your own 

public Liability insurance or just have the AirBnB insurance

we use on own insurance, I have not heard many successful claims with airbnb in the past 6 years since we joined.

There is no such thing as ABB insurance to rely on. Absolutely not. Buy real insurance!!!!
