Question about the requirement of the owners of the house that hosts and payments

I'm Italian and married to a Cuban girl, my wife has a house in Havana, can I register as an owner (even if the house is registered to my wife, to Cuba only residents can own) and receive payments on my bank account (in Italy).

I must have a declaration by my wife, or we must have a joint bank account (in Italy) ?.
