Question about what is visible to the public.

I responded to a guests private comment and it appears to be posted under his public review, visible to the public. I did not intend my response for the public but privately to my guest. How do I get it removed? Nothing negative, it just won't make sense and could create some confusion.

You can't @Patricia3356 . If you wanted to reply to their comments privately you should have used the Airbnb messaging system.

@Patricia3356 You can ask Airbnb to remove your response. You are the author so you have the right. Don’t let them tell you otherwise, as they may. Lots of inept CS reps.

@Patricia3356 Many people make this error I am afraid. As @Colleen253 says you have the right to remove your response. worst case they may remove your  review of the guest  as well but if they do its less damaging to you than exposing issues through a private review response.

Who do I contact to have it removed?
