Hello! I just bought a property in Kissimmee FL (Osceola County). I requested my business license but it is pending because they are asking me to have a local contact person that is also registered with the county as a local contact person. I can't use my current cleaners or vendors because none of them are registered as these. Some are not even registered with the county because they serve other counties as well so they are registered with the county their business is located. My question is how are remote hosts in Osceola County finding who to use as a local contact person?
Most management companies are registered to do this, but the ones I have called don't want to help since I am not signing up with them.
I can get my vendors to do this, but they will have to register and I hate to put them thru this just for me, even if I am paying for the license.
Anyone out there that has had these issues and can give me some other solution?
