The above guest is booked to come to my Guesthouse next Sunday 28th July and today she cancelled her booking, quoting health reasons. I do not have a problem to her canceling her booking and AIRBNB giving her the full amount she paid to them to stay with us. However, when I was filling the form for the issue of the full refund there was written that the amount would be deducted from my account. As the guest hasn't arrived yet I was not paid for her stay, so why should it be deducted from my account?
