Good morning,

The above guest is booked to come to my Guesthouse next Sunday 28th July and today she cancelled her booking, quoting health reasons.  I do not have a problem to her canceling her booking and AIRBNB giving her the full amount she paid to them to stay with us.  However, when I was filling the form for the issue of the full refund there was written that the amount would be deducted from my account.  As the guest hasn't arrived yet I was not paid for her stay, so why should it be deducted from my account?

@Rose-Marie14 you don't have to do anything in this case, they will refund her automatically, let them handle this. Because she might get a refund from them and from you too. Just leave it, don't issue any refund, they will do everything. 

Thanks very much for your answer.  Yes, it has been sorted out by the customer support group.  This was my first time requiring a refund so I didn't really know what to do. I appreciate everybody's help. Regards.
