Random 4-night min-stays popping up on my listings

Around early August, my two listings slowed down in interest and bookings, then came to a total halt, both at the same time.  As I slowly saw this, I figured "hey school years starting", or whatever. This is also my first full year being a host so I had nothing to compare against other than prior months (which were all really good).  I investigated and found somehow a totally random 4-night min stay popped from around mid-August to early October on both listings.  I use Pricelabs to help set and control pricing, but when I checked the activity logs on pricelabs, nothing showed my entering a 4-night min stay during those times-ever.  When I called AirBnB they couldn't find anything.  I corrected the problem, and carried on.  Fast forward another week (now), my one listing started getting traffic and interest, while the other one wasn't.  I look into it again, and lo and behold again another mysterious 4 night min stay booking period popped back up again but this time from mid-steptmber to early november.

I have a trouble ticket in with Pricelabs, but while that's getting looked at, I'm curious has anyone else experienced this?  if I go another month of no bookings, I'll be out probably an estimate $20k in revenue.

In my experience these bugs get into the system from time to time, I guess we will never know the reason,

One thing for sure I never rely 100% on any system, my husband is the one who checks we have been caught out only a couple of time's

Only a few days ago he noticed the calendars were not syncing with other platforms who's fault we are not sure we was able to put it right,

Maybe just dont rely on anyone program 100% manually check yourself.
