Rates that I set do not come up in my listing

Hi,

First changing the daily rates is like pulling teeth. The rates that I put in don't come up on my callender so I had to do them one at a time.

But the real problem is that the weekend rates don't include Sunday. So I manually changed all the Sundays but the increased price doesn't come up on my site when calculating price per stay, only the base rate comes up for Sunday.

Can anyone help?

Regards

Victor

Do you have Smart Pricing turned on?  If so it will override all of your traditional pricing.  Weekend pricing is only for Friday and Saturday nights, so you will likely always have to change the Sunday price if you want it to be as high as F and S.  If you choose to use Smart pricing, set the least you will accept a reservation to the lowest price so it doesn't go below that price.  Otherwise, turn it off and set your prices directly.

I agree! I am frustrated that I can't set the days that Weekend Pricing is in effect.  Sunday is a weekend day! Why can't it be automatically set to weekend pricing rates? I have to manually go in and change the price on each Sunday. Other people might want to include Thursday in the weekend pricing.  AirBNB should allow us to decide.

As for you specific issue, sometimes I've found I have to update the price more than once before it shows up on the calendar. Otherwise, I can't help you, sorry!
