Rating System - suggested improvements

Why doesn't ABNB require that if a guest leaves anything less than 5 stars, to explain what the problem was/is so the host know show to improve the problem. I have had the last few guests leave  4 stars without saying what they found unacceptable. You can't change something that you don't know. I I feel that if guests choose to leave anything less than 5 stars (since ABNB thinks a 4 star rating is not acceptable) without explanation, it should not be counted in the hosts overall rating. As a retired teacher,  I'd just like to let ABNB know, NO person ever gets 100% on everything.  The AVERAGE grade is a "C".   Guests need to be told to explain themselves or it shouldn't count against the hosts. I feel like ABNB is more concerned with guest input and show very little merit to hosts and how ABNB could help hosts improve their ratings.
