Hey! So, I received an email from a future guest asking for me to cancel their reservation. Thing is;
- She's not the one who booked it, but one of the invited guests
- She stated that it's her cc, and asked for me to refund it
I wrote saying that if she wanted to cancel, she would have to do it on her end.
It was an email, not a message through Airbnb. The attached addres was @guest.airbnb , so I know it's legit.
Has anyone else had this happen ? How did you resolve this ?
Happened a few times, replied that the system sadly does not allow me to cancel for them and they have to do it thelselves, hopefully they will be able to visit another time. Might mention that to get the maximum refund they should do it asap.
