Hey! So, I received an email from a future guest asking for me to cancel their reservation. Thing is;
- She's not the one who booked it, but one of the invited guests
- She stated that it's her cc, and asked for me to refund it
I wrote saying that if she wanted to cancel, she would have to do it on her end.
It was an email, not a message through Airbnb. The attached addres was @guest.airbnb , so I know it's legit.
Has anyone else had this happen ? How did you resolve this ?
