Receiving bonus ?

I received notification "invitation to become host". promissing 50 USD after completing 1st hosting.

We have started with hosting, and continue in this. The guest has checked out today, however I did not receive the bonus.

I tried to find "contact" airbnb support but did not find right channel.

Can you help/share your experience?
