Redeeming my $100 travel credit

I  am not able to redeem my travel credit upon booking a listing, even though I received a message regarding 67$ of travel credits!

Here is the listing I tried to book!

@Somaye0 - we are all just other hosts here and do not have access to your financial transactions or credits.  The link you provided is for your payment, not the property you are trying to book so it's difficult to troubleshoot the problem for you.  Here are some helpful links from the Help Center that might be able to shed light on your problem:

Hi, please help,, I was booking for the first time, could not find out were to put my 100 E travel credit. Is there any way I can do it after booking? There are still 2 weeks until I go.  Thanks, JBV

You will need to contact Airbnb directly (numbers listed on the Contact Airbnb toward the top of this forum).
