Redington Beach House - Looking to Rent on Air BNB - Need Management.

We own a beautiful 4 bed, 4 bath property on the water in Redington Beach.

It is 3000 sq ft, and has 3 x King Bedrooms, and 1 x bedroom with 2 x Twin Beds in it.

Each bedroom has a 50 inch wall mounted smart tv in it.

The house is furnished beautifully and has a pool facing the sunset to the west.

Looking for ideas on rental rates for a property like this, along with an idea on what % we should pay a management company.  (Will need cleans carried out after each guest leaves etc)

We only use this home a couple of times a month, so it now makes sense to get an income from it.

Sooooo @Del26   do you have a specific question for the public forum for hosts and guests?  There are numerous discussion threads about listing and hosting if you search this site.

You can carry out your own market research by searching for similar properties in your area on STR sites and using the services of a company Airdna. @Del26 

What you will pay a management company depends on your location, what you are asking them to do, how many hours etc. Again you can carry out your own market research by contacting local companies and individuals offering this service in the area your listing is based.
