Refund System Not Working

Hi, I have to refund some money to a client but Airbnb system doesn't acept any of my credit cards,

I've also tryed via Paypal but nothing works, it just says "Try Again Later" and because of this I'm in

an argue with my client. Somebody knows how to do it? Thanks!

@Monica434 - have you tried both the Desktop and the Mobile App to make your refund and they both say the same thing?

Yes, I've tried in a PC, in my mobiles and in my MAC and I just get the same error. 😞

I thought I issued a full refund to two guests because of Irma.  I was partially paid on both bookings and cannot find how much and to whom to refund.  I get the same error message.  System error try back later.

I'm having the same issue--trying to refund the cleaning fee on a completed (past) reservation and the only message I get in the Resolution Center is "you don't have any eligible reservations" when I hit the button "send money".  I've promised a guest this money!  Any clues?
