Refund if non further hostings

Hey guys,

A guest cancelled on me last minute and asked for a refund. Airbnb already put the money on my account. If I want to refund her via the resolution center, they tell me that it is 'deducted from future payouts' but I moved out and will stop hosting.

Is is still possible to refund my guest or will I have a dept with Airbnb then?

Hi Julia. If I'm not wrong in conclusion Airbnb is not refunding your money. Theyll collect when future payments are due to you right?
Please explain further I'm interested in the matter.
