Refund

A customer booked my place for the month but decided it wasn’t up to her standards and want a refund. What is the policy and steps to resolve this? Also, do I give a full or partial refund??

Refer guest to Air BNB who will review the situation and refund according to the Air BNB Long Term Refund policy.  Also, educate yourself about long term pay out and cancellation policies in the Help Center.  Just enter the search terms "long term" and many helpful articles will come up.

@Esther320  AirBnB collected the first 30 days when she booked. When she cancels they will keep the first 30 days and pay it to you the first day of the planned stay. That is the way a long term rental is handled.
