Refund

I want to refund a guest who left a day early, but she doesnt show up on the resolutions page, I think because she is no longer my guest. Only my next guest shows up. Can I still reimburse her?

Hi Renee,

 

You have a moderate cancellation policy. The guest would have had to make a request to Airbnb asking them to cancel the last day in order to be eligible for a 50% refund; this had to also have been done within a certain time frame  - please view cancellation details via link below -
