Refunding

I had to cancel a guest because my property was listed twice on the website. Before I could figure out that there were two listings, it was double booked.

 

The guest just texted me and said that he was still charged. I never received any money. How does he get a credit?

@Donna219, Tell the guest to calk the AirBnb phone numbet on their reservation itinerary. You cant help them with this issue.

Your guest has to ring the number for airbnb on his booking confirmation.

Do not send him any money.

Hi. My name is Navah. I booked and paid for a whole property for 2 nights. 

Speaking with the host, she said she will be glad to make me a special offer. I didn't find the place to ask for it before booking. 

How can I get the discount that my host is offering me after confirming the booking and giving my credit card?
