Refunds

Hi, 

 

there is a host, who accepted my reqeust, booking and payment were done. After that, the host become very offensive and asked me to book another accommodation. I asked him to cancel the booking and refund full payment, but he declined and asked me to do it by myself. But there is a strict 50% cancelation fee! What can I do?

Ask them to handle it, if you have the proof in the messages, there shouldn't be any problem with cancelling it to your advantage.
