Registration in City of Columbus for short-term rental permit

I've been notified by Airbnb that I need to register my space in the City ofColumbus or provide a valid reason for exemption.  Per the City of Columbus, I am outside of this jurisdiction and am exempt from this requirement.  I've contacted Airbnb several times but cannot get a person on that team to call me to discuss the matter.  I've received two messages from them where they have resent me the requirements, City information, etc. No where in the registration does it allow me to explain the exemption and I continue to receive the "Don't get deactivated...register now" reminder.  Anyone else experiencing the same?

I have had the same experience today is trying to get our house listed. I sent a copy of the zoning site response saying we are outside of the city. I am still looking for a phone number to call and talk with someone. When I make contact I will return with the result.
