Regulatory issues

Hello, I'm in the Chicagoland area and wondering if anyone has any advice or input on regulatroy issues they have had to deal with. I'm in the near west suburbs but still in cook county. I can't seem to find anything specifically on my own town's website. Just things about hotel rentals I believe. Anyone who's had experience with this kind of issue before?
