Rejected status

I'm new to AirBnb and I'm trying to list my vacation homes. I did about 5 at the same time and I thought I did them all about the same--similar write-ups, similar prices and tax info, similar "house rules", etc. However, only one of my homes has been accepted. The rest say rejected. Is there a way to find out why they were rejected so I can fix it?

The only thing I can think of is that some cities/counties have regulations that don't allow a host to have more than one home listed.   Airbnb has complied by asking hosts to disable all their listings except one.  Maybe that's whats going on.  You might want to check to see if there is a Denver or Colorado Community Group where you could pose the question about regulations in the area.

Probably faster would be to contact Airbnb directly by phone and ask them 🙂
