Removing the cleaning fee for one night

Hello there. I am new to this and have not been able to find out how to remove the cleaning fee for a booking. The cleaning fee wasn't set up when I got my first booking (it is now) and I was happy to go with that. However, my guest subsequently asked to move the booking to a later date (duely done), but this now means they are being charged for the cleaning fee. I have told them that I will honour the original price which seems only fair but I can't find a way to remove the cleaning fee for this one guest. Can someone advise me on how to do this. Send a special offer, removing the price of cleaning.

if the reservation is not yet confirmed, there should be an option for it you can tick, but if already confirmed you need to go to My reservations - change or cancel - change - put it new price. The guest will tick ''accept'' and you will get a new confirmation message stating new amount.

 Go to the listing settings 

 Then select pricing.

 Scroll down 

after the basic settings you will find additional fees.

 uncheck the box

it will be removed permanently

It is not clear to me. When I send a Special Offer it does remove the cleaning fee? I don't want this to happen. Please clarify.
