Rent out AirBNB to host minor party?

Hi. I'm new to Airbnb. I came here looking for options to rent a house, for one night, for a birthday party, in or around the Beacon Ny area. Can anyone help guide me or offer any suggestions?

Air BNB terms of service does not allow minors to book reservations and it does not allow an adult to book for the minors without actually being present.  @Brandii0  If you are looking for a party house, it would be better to use another platform.
