Renting an ex council house uk

My house is an ex council house and on looking at the particulars it mentions that I may not operate a business from this address . Does air B and B count as a business? And if so does anyone know if the councils are likely to oppose this if asked . Thank you

I'd check very carefully and with someone properly qualified to give the advice rather than relying on a response from, say, Debbie from Doncaster who might not have the legal knowledge necessary!
