Renting my property as a venue via airbnb

I am looking for advice on how to list my property on Airbnb to host weddings and parties for up to 200. I would like advice about how best to list it.

Use Peerspace.com @Lisa6920 - not Airbnb.  And if you do use Airbnb, require event insurance from anyone holding an event.

@Lisa6920   AirBnB is NOT the right platform for events.  You need to do more research as to how to market your property.  Have you checked into the insurance required for becoming a wedding venue?  Do you need to be licensed as a venue in your municipality?  You say that you are an International Event Planner, so I would expect that you would be fully aware of AirBnB's marketing profile.  Couch surfing ....
