Is it possible to airbnb traditionally 9 months of the year and use the airbnb site to "rent" the property the other 3 months?

Just block out the nine months you intend to rent yourself.

You could set a 30 day minimum stay during the 3 months you want a long term rental, just add another requirement under trip length, not sure if that would auto bring up the long stay T&Cs.

Or add another listing with only the 3 months available that you want long term rentals, remember to block out the 3 months on your original listing.
