Reservation glitch

My calendar is showing a non-confirmed reservation.  So, the problem is that noone can book those days since they are blocked off (as if they were reserved and confirmed).

It all started when a guest asked to reserve 2 days (which I accepted) and then decided to add another day which preceded her initial reservation.  Now, the first day is confirmed but the two days following are not confirmed, but the are showing on my calendar as reserved.  I have "instant book" - so this may be part of the problem.  Help??

I had some blocked dates on my calendar after guests cancelations and changes... Only they can open the dates again...

Just make sure to have in hands the reservation number to help them look faster for your issue...
