I have a case/claim that has been opened for over 5 weeks through the Airbnb resolution center and to date I have not receieved any feedback.  Not sure what is going on with my claim.  Does it typically take this long and what other options do I have (if any)?

@Tareq4  Yes, but you need to call AirBnB every other day or so to push it through faster. Call and request they escalate the case.
