Airbnb ask us to handle all monetary via centre resolution, and not accept direct cash. We did all you said, but I have a problem with your centre resolution, The guest has asked for an extra service and he has paid the money via centre resolution, But I still did not receive that money since 1 month. When i called Airbnb, no response !
