Response Rate Not Showing Up

My understanding is that a "response rate" is based on how quickly you respond to an inquiry.

 

I have responded to inquiries within minutes (three and four days ago) and it's still showing up as "you have responded 0 times to 0 requests.  Keep up the good work."

 

So is the response rate gauged on responses to INQUIRIES or to RESERVATIONS?

 

I use Instant Booking (and I love it) so I'm not sure if that's affecting this.

 

I've looked all over the place for an answer to this specific question and I can't find it.  Your help is greatly appreciated.

@Wendy-and-Frank0 inquiry, request and booking( reservation) are 3 different things.

You have to click on buttons preaprove/decline/accept in 24 hour frame and that is what counts. Also, you should never cancel booking.

I don't think it metters if you text/answer in 5 or 55 minutes but maybe I am wrong

They're instant bookings accepted immediately.

 

The first one was pre-approved within 20 minutes while she got her ID uploaded.  The rest got booked on the spot.

 

Not sure how this works.

it might have to do with reviews. you need a minimum of three reviews in order for them to show up on your profile, it might be the same with the stats, no data until then..(?)
